Chicken with Rosemary Sauce
Ingredients2 tsp. olive oil4 skinless, boneless
chicken breast¼ tsp. salt¼ tsp. black pepper½ cup chopped green
onions cup dry white wine1 tsp. minced fresh
rosemary½ cup chicken broth
cup whipping cream
Heat Oil
Prepare ChickenSprinkle with Salt and Pepper
Add Chicken to PanCook 3 minutes on each side
Add Onions, White Wine and Rosemary
Cook 30 seconds
Stir in BrothCook 2 minutes
Add Cream
Cook 2 minutes
Serve over Pasta
