dimension, “Ruhani Zhangyru”, radicalisation, extremism
Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Tashkent, October, 2018
• In higher education, the requirements for thequality of training in educational institutionswill be increased.
We have increased the number of grants, now it istime to strengthen the responsibility. The main criterion for the HE institutions’ successassurance is the employment of graduates aftergraduation and their employment in high-payingjobs.
• Next year it is necessary to develop andadopt the Law “On the status of the teacher”.
The issues of quality and accessibility ofeducation , health care, housing, comfortable andsafe living concern every Kazakh family. In this regard, the Government should review thepriorities of budget spending with a focus on thesocial sector , security and infrastructure.
Within 5 years, it is necessary to increase thespending on education, science and health fromall sources to 10% of GDP.
