Handing out Halloween Treats at CTK Parish Hall
On October 31st we will be inviting youngsters and families to stop in to the parish hall for treats. Doors will open from 3:30 pm until 9:00 pm. Free popcorn and hot chocolate and juice will also be served. If you would like to help us make this a great success - please consider donating NUT FREE treats. You can drop them off at the church or parish office before October 26th.

October Rosary Starting this weekend and every weekend in October, the Mass Coordinator will lead one decade of the rosary at the opening of the Mass.

All Souls’ Day
The Memorial Book for the Commemoration of Souls will be made available in the main entrance starting next weekend. You are invited to write the name of your deceased loved ones you wish to remember at this year’s Mass on All Souls’ Day, Friday, November 2nd at 7:00 pm. The Memorial Book will be brought forward during the Mass as we especially remember those family members we have lost in the past year.

Reporting to the Director of Pastoral Services and working under the day-to-day supervision of the Pastoral Services Admin Assistant; 35 hours per week; possible start date will be November 19th.

Work in a collaborative environment, demonstrate excellent communications skills in English, written and oral, have organizational and time management skills. Demonstrate professionalism, meet short deadlines and maintain confidentiality. Proficient with social media and be skilled in Microsoft products. Have working knowledge of office equipment such as printers, projectors and photocopiers.
Preference will be given to a practicing Catholic who is an active member of a parish community. Should have experience in an office setting and possess a business admin certificate or combination of education and experience. Preference may be given to an individual who has written and oral communication skills in French.
