Room cleaning is done weekly
For the room additional cleaning please apply in the office (1 time a week)
Avoid losing items, housekeepers don’t clean students’ desk and closet.
Bed sheets are changed once every two weeks, go to the office for applying it.
Staff will clean the room during class time and those valuable things should be placed inside the closet with password

Two days after, you can get back your laundry.
When getting back the laundry ,make sure that the number of your laundry is right and check if there’s no

In the first day of class the teacher will tell you the materials/books needed for the class.
For 1:1 teachers (4) you will need 2 books, 1 book will be shared by two teachers then the other 1 book will be shared
by the other 2 teachers.
From small group class, each class uses 1 book.
The teacher will provide educational materials in special classes accordance with course content.

●Students are only allowed to bring pens inside the self-study room.
● Disobeying instructions or cheating during exams is automatically zero point.
● If a student did not take the exam, cheating during exam or got zero is not allowed to go out at that night.
● 40 points per week (Monday to Thursday). The student got less than 24 points, he/she can’t go out next weekend
(Saturday and Sunday).
●The student can’t go out from Monday to Friday if it’s his/her last week.
If the students arrive 10 minutes after the bell is considered late.
In a week, if the student is absent twice in the same class will automatically deleted in her/his class
If the student failed to add her/his class on Saturday his/her class will stay in self-study.
More than 5 times absences in a week is not allowed to go out next Saturday and Sunday.
If you are sick, you should ask permission from Head Teachers, and they will just allow half day or
whole day absent.
If your family or friends will come here for travelling and you need to go with them, you need to inform
the office and apply for travel form.
Less than 90% of attendance rate in a month will not be given a school certificate (18/180)
Less than 80% of attendance rate in a month, the school will call your parents and your agency (36/180)
Less than 60% of the attendance rate in a month the student will be expelled from the school without
any refund (72/180)
If the student is having difficult times in the class, the school has right to inform the parents or agency.
Priority number for changing of class @7:00pm-8:00pm every FRIDAY in the clinic.
Group A (No.01 ~ No.50 ) who got 100% rate in weekly attendance
