The company I/E Gocha Gagashvili represents the
family business. The company was established in 2008 as
a very small dairy factory starting its business with 20 liter
of caw milk. For now it became one of the most successful
and distinguished dairy factories in Georgia that produces
more than 2000 liter of milk daily.
The strategic objectives of the company are to contribute
to the economical growth of Georgia by achieving the
world class standards and quality of performance in the
chosen market.

Quality , Taste and Traditions
The company is following the long standing tradition to produce the highest
quality of different variety of cheese. The owner of the company constantly
monitors the different cheese companies in Europe to maintain the high
standards with our brands as well as taking into consideration the local,
national requirements which are constantly changing.
Some of the products are produced with the hands, and some of them by
the help of the machinery. Of course there is possible to use only the
technique in the cheese making but company respects the employees,
who are employed in the company not to make them redundant.
The company has already applied the HACCP ( Hazard analysis
and critical control points ) systematic preventive approach to
food safety from biological, chemical, and physical hazards in
production processes that can cause the finished product to be
unsafe, and designs measurements to reduce these risks to a safe
level. This approach is the guarantee to the quality management in
the process of producing the dairy products. The company has the
priority in the dairy market in Georgia as we are producing the
ecologically clean product, which is in accordance with the
Georgian legislation.
The important challenge for the company is to follow the trainings
offered by the state as well as by the foreign countries. Company
sends its staff to attend the training courses to update the working
skills and abilities in the different related issues, such as safety
instructions, using the equipment, laboratory work and many other
issues. The owner himself takes training courses in foreign
countries and sometimes he runs the Master classes in cheese making.
The company has long lasting close relation with Italian
Embassy of Georgia. It is awarded
with the Certificate for good
and effective sponsorship and
collaboration. The company was st
awarded the 1 level Certificate as
the successful company in Kakheti,
Georgia and was the nominated as
the owner of the gold medal.
The company carries out the distribution of the products through the whole country.
As the market of dairy products is increasing, we try to follow them and offer the
appropriate prices. We are working with the Giant supermarkets: Carrefour, Foodmart,
Ori nabiji, Goodwill, Duty Free and other big and small super markets.
As company has the experience of distributing its products in USA, Russia,
Kazakhstan, China it has the ambition to enlarge the scope of area to other oversea
countries. Georgian Cheese deserves to be introduced to the world, because we
have a lot to offer. There is a 80 centuries-old cheese vessel preserved in
National Museum. Mtskheta Museum has another 28 centuries-old cheese ware.
