Assembly:Ashydraulicdiscbrakecallipersareself-adjustingdonotapplythebrakebeforeithasbeenfullyassembledwithrotor.
Bleeding:
Warning:TheCloutHydraulicbrakesystemrequiresmineraloil,ifthediscpadscomeintocontactwithmineraloilduringthebleedingprocesspleasedisposeoffandreplacewithnewpair.
Tools Required:
*2xsyringes(1forfillotherfordrain)*T20Torxhead*2mmAllenKey
*Protectivegloves*protectivegoggles
TobegintheassemblyFitthelevertothehandlebar,tightenthe5mmAllenboltlocatedonleverclamp..arm.
Fastenrotortowheelusingthe6xt25Torxheadboltssupplied.
FastentheI.SBrackettobikeusingthe2M6*18MMBoltsprovided,IfP.Mmountingskiptonextstep.
ApplyPressuretotheleverthiswillhelptocentralizethecallipertorotor.
WiththebrakeleverstillappliedfinishfasteningthecallipertoI.SBracket/Bike.
Checkthatthecalliperisalignedinrelationtorotor,ifnotmakeadjustmentstoachievealignment.
Ensurethehoseiscorrectlyfastenedtothebikeframe/Fork.
ToreplacepadsremoveCentrepin,Eject/Insertpadsfromtopofcalliperthenre-fitcotterpin.

Adjustment:
TheCloutbrakesystemhasreachadjustment,thisallowstheleverbladedistancetobeincreased/decreasedinrelationtothehandlebar,andthisallowsperfectsetupandoperationtosuitanyhandsize.

TobeginBleedprocessremovebleednipplefromleverassembly.
Attachthesyringe(drain)totheleverbleedpoint.
Removethebleednipplefromcalliperandattachsyringe(fill).
Pushfluidfromcallipersyringe(fill)throughthesystemintoLeversyringe(drain).
Continuepreviousstepuntilnofurtherairbubblescanbeseenexitingthesysteminsyringe(drain).
Removesyringe(fill)fromcalliper,securelyfastenbleednipplebackintoposition.
Removesyringe(drain)fromlever,securelyfastenbleednipplebackintoposition.
Turnthereachadjustmentlocatedontheinsideleverbladeclockwisetoincreasedistancefromhandlebaroranticlockwisetodecreasethedistancefromhandlebar.
