step?

Coaching is not ‘Consulting’.
For Coaching, to dig in the problem may be interesting
but may not be useful.
A Good Coach can ask Solution-focused questions to
create understanding of current realities

Coaching is the process and communication skill to help
people develop their ways of thinking.
So, what are the questions coach should ask to develop
people thinking?
GROW Model Questions
G-’Goal’ Questions
What do you want to achieve? What is your desired outcome? What would you like to see in
the next 6 months?
R-’Realities’ Questions
Where are you now? How far is it to achieve your
goal? What do you think about this? What is your motivation to
achieve that? What are the impacts of this
situation?
O-’Options’ Questions
What are the possible options to help you move forward?
What is your plan? How can you make your vision
comes to reality?
W-’Will’ Questions
What will be your first step? How will you do it? When will you start? What kinds of resource do you
need?
