popular almost in all Europe and
America.
The supporters of this system favor the system

Available infrastructure could be sufficient, No need to open separate universities on basis of gender
Good for under developed countries
co-education provides a more realistic way of training young people to take their places naturally in the wider community of men and women
co-education allow young people to express their views openly
co-education eliminates gender based discrimination
boys and girls gain social maturity through valuable interactive play and shared learning in co-education
In co-education both the female and male perspectives will be explored in class discussions and this is a very important learning experience
spirit of co-operation and healthy competition thrives in the co-educational system.

Conservative people criticize the system of co-education.
According to them, this system is against our traditions.
They fear that co-education will develop immoral relationships between boys & girls.
They believe that this system will be spoil both the boys & girls.
But these arguments do not hold much water.
