TEMI was founded by the late Bongi Majozi, a fearless female entrepreneur in relentless pursuit of delivering quality projects in the infrastructure industry.
Temi Construction (TEMI) is a 100% black-youth and 50% woman-owned, full-service construction, building and civil engineering company. Temi Construction was established in 2010 as a construction company. The organisation specialised in infrastructure development, with a primary focus on servicing both the private and public sectors on an end-to-end scale.
The company has since evolved its focus to include the provision of commercial, residential, educational and healthcare construction, therefor improving the quality of living for those within the communities which TEMI operates.

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT Temi Construction is passionate about skills and career development and partners with top institutions to facilitate this. Each year we participate in the Extended Public Works Programme (EPWP) and encourage on-site training.
