COMPONENT 2
Task 2.9 - Launch of learning outputs events
The regional launch events of the learning outputs aim to maximise awareness of the results of the project & enhance knowledge exchange in the regions. The events will occur concurrently & will be linked through video conferencing facilities in order to enable access to the learning experiences inter-regionally.
BP transfer experiment events (2) occur concurrently in Lodz & Thessaloniki & linked through video-conferencing (observed by P1 in Thessaloniki & P4 in Lodz). Policy makers & other stakeholders will use the policy-transfer simulation to explore the process, implications & potential success of policy transfer (PT) in their area. Data will be fed into the simulation & actions will be taken to produce reactions that participants will have to address. Observers will gather data & review the simulation events
Launch of Learning Outputs & BP transfer experiment event
The regional launch of the learning outputs & BP transfer experiment event aim to maximise awareness of the results of the project & enhance knowledge exchange in the regions. During the event; policy makers & other stakeholders will use the policy-transfer simulation to explore the process, implications & potential success of policy transfer (PT) in their area. Data will be fed into the simulation & actions will be taken to produce reactions that participants will have to address. Observers will gather data & review the simulation events. Facts and benefits
The learning outputs would be presented anyway in the experiment eventsThe Learning outputs can be presented in own countries’ languagesAvoid duplication of effort; both events:
are implemented simultaneously are linked through video conferencing involve all project partners are addressed to the same target groups
Presentation of the Learning outputs can be implemented by any partner in other event if desiredAvoid overload of stakeholders’ implication (2 INNOPOLIS events in 6 months duration is preferable than 3) Uniting the events into one make it bigger and more important constituting it more attractive for stakeholdersMore interesting event for UK and Finnish participants because the event will include the BP transfer experiment
Possible structure of the event
Presentations in countries’
languages (with interpretation if
needed)
INNOPOLIS presentation (aims, objectives, activities, web site promotion, international conference promotion, etc)
Launch of Learning Outputs
Presentation of 1 or 2 selected Best Policy Practices (UK policies in Thessaloniki and Finnish policies in Lodz)
Presentation of 1 identified Knowledge Exchange practice (optional)
Videoconference in English (with
interpretation if needed)
- Discussion on the Learning outputs - Presentation of 2 selected Best Policy Practices through videoconferencing – simulation – interregional discussion
Discussion in countries’
language (with interpretation if
needed)
Final discussion – comments & conclusions
