Congratulations  to  Dasho  Karma  Tshiteem,  Chairman,  Royal  Civil  Service  Commission  

On  behalf  of  the  civil  servants,  it  gives  us  immense  happiness  to  extend  our  felicitations  to  Dasho  Karma  Tshiteem  on  receiving  the  most  esteemed  bura-­‐marp  (red  scarf)  on  17th  December  2015  during  the  108th  National  Day  Celebrations;  this  truly  is  another  glorious  feather  in  Dasho’s  cap.    Within  seconds  of  announcement  on  Dasho  being  conferred  Bura-­‐marp,  social  media  like  Facebook  were  full  of  felicitations  note  from  not  only  among  the  civil  servants,  but  also  across  all  walks  of  life  and  from  abroad.  While  many  said  it  as  well  deserved,  some  expressed…
