Founded in 1984 Today: Nearly 300 interns travel to NY from all over the globe to join the Mountbatten programme in March or August each year.
Reciprocal Programme began in 1998.160 graduates from outside of Europe living, studying and interning in London.
Regional offices are located in London, New York, Bangkok and Sydney.

A choice of two academic courses delivered on a part-time basis operating alongside your full-time work placement:
• Postgraduate Certificate in International Business Practice
o One year in New York
• MBA in International Business Practiceo One year in New York, then 3 months fieldwork in Asia

60 postgraduate credits:
• Managerial Accounting and Finance (20 credits)• Organisational Behaviour and Leadership (20

Interns attend evening and weekend classes and are assessed based on class participation, presentations, essays, exams and group work.
• Diploma course in New York Candidates take four core modules: Managerial Accounting and
Finance, Organisational Behaviour and Leadership, and Global Business and also follow a module in Research Methodology.
• Follow-on intensive academic course in Bangkok Candidates take two modules from four electives. Following on from the Module in Research Methodology undertaken during Part I, candidates will also complete a dissertation.
Course administered in a modular format on weekends, evenings and in online seminars. The eight-week sessions will cover a full MBA curriculum – from leadership to international finance.
