Where do contracts come from?
Division of Procurement and Contracts (DPAC): service contracts, architectural and engineering contracts, minor public works contracts (under $250,000), and all emergency force account contracts for phase one emergencies that immediately restore services
Division of Engineering Services (Office Engineer): contracts greater than $250,000 and long term emergency contracts

“Enter a description that briefly captures the work to be performed or supplies to be provided by each corresponding DBE/UDBE firm listed in Column 1.”

“If the service will require Engineering Judgement, enter ‘Y’ or ‘Yes.’ If the service will not require Engineering Judgement, enter ‘N’ or ‘NO.’”
