Teach students to know their own physical warning signs, such as lack of eye contact, flushing ears/cheeks, and clenched fists….. etc.This allows students to not drop to brain stem (panic mode/external control) during a real emergency. KNOW THE WARNING SIGNS and MOVE TO A SAFE PLACE.
