Journey So Far…
The journey started in the year 1998 with the inception of Hadi Enterprises set up as a manufacturing unit for the batteries.
Manufacturing batteries of all types and catering the need of all industries e.g. invertors, automotives etc. In a short span of time the
business had grown and sales had increased; supplying batteries to Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh.
With a foresightedness of growth in the Real Estate market in Lucknow and nearby regions and with a futuristic approach Hadi
Constructions in 2004 and then Index Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd was formed in the year 2007 and since then had delivered successfully
three projects; one project with the U.P. State Government building a VVIP Guest House on Air Strip and associated facilities in
Moradabad and two residential projects in the heart of city of Lucknow
With a view of demarcating the business between Government Sector and Private Sector, Varda Group was formed in 2012 whereby
Varda Group will work on the projects serving to Private sector. Varda Group comprises of three companies:

various sectors. in which he has 8+ years of experience into Real Estate
Development.

GROUP has signed an agreement with prestigious SARE HOMES for services like quality construction/
Sales & Marketing /Customer relationship Management & Branding on behalf of VARDA GROUP for
the GARDENIA as it is having a remarkable presence in the field of PROJECT MANAGEMENT
SERVICES at PAN India level.
SARE Homes has offered quality, community-housing at strategically identified locations across
India. The company is developing 7 integrated projects in major cities in India namely -
Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Panvel, Chennai, Amritsar and Indore which represents approximately 33.3 mn
sq ft of saleable area. SARE is in a high-growth mode and aims to double its area under development
in the next few years.
