• Cost to sales only for catering and minimal flat fee for use of limousine service
Customer Visit Center Process• Booking process/policies
– Plan ahead to allow the CVC team to help with agenda development and secure all presenters
– Submit visit request form with complete proposed agenda details
– 4-6 weeks lead time requested from sales– 3 week minimum lead time for CVC to secure presenters
– Receive confirmation after your visit request is reviewed, qualified, confirmed and assigned to a CVC Account Consultant
– Complete the mandatory Executive Briefing Document

– Follow (if applicable) Executive Office Procedures for requesting for Larry, Safra or Charles
– Refer to the guidelines on CVC home page if planning own agenda– Note protocol for approaching different product groups
– Set up briefing appointments with confirmed presenters
– Arrive the day before the visit to brief presenters and meet with your CVC AC to finalize all details (final agenda, gifts, transportation, dinner reservations)
