The Operation Onboard team for Substitutes held their final meeting on Wednesday, November 1st.
While the Substitute Office had been using the digital Onboarding form, we hadn’t brought closure to the
project. During this meeting we had a final walkthrough of the entire process for the team and gave it the final
stamp of approval.
The next Milestone of Operation Onboard will be Nutrition Services.

• Science Resource Center application is used
for teachers and other staff to check in and check
out items from Science Resource Center, maintain
the resources, check needed certifications, schedule
the pickups and deliveries and do more things to make
it automated and easy for teacher, parents volunteers
and other staff who work there. Before we used add
campuses into a route and have schedules for drop off
an pick up for each route. We used to get the schedule
at the end of the school year for the next school
year. Starting this year they decided not to have any
routes or schedules so had to rewrite the application to
make it route and schedule free. This according to
them is a better/easy way for them to schedule the
delivery and pickups.

Before you know it, it will be a new year
with new opportunities and ideas to save
