This standard cores list is not restrictive, we design and manufacture customized cores (dimensions, permeability) depending on
customer needs.
The cores, usually toroidal are also available in oval shape.
The nanocrystalline cores Nanophy® are available with 3 possible protections:plastic case PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) according to UL94 V0•epoxy coating•protective varnish •

Our long term know how on developping magnetic alloys (supranhyster, mumétal, permimphy, ...) enables us to propose a high performance nanocristalline soft magnetic alloy named Nanophy®.
Physical nanocristalline structure and magnetic properties give to the Nanophy® an absolute must for new high-tech applications areas like electrical safety, common mode chokes, filters, transformers and current sensors.
The Nanophy® cores which permeability is adjusted by heat treatment, present superior and cumulated properties as:density : 7,35 g/cm• 3
wide range of permeabilities: • 30 000 to 200 000 H.m-1(and more for 50 Hz applications)high saturation induction: • 1,25 Twide operating temperature range: • -55°C to 150°Clow coercive field: Hc< 10 mA/cm•low magnetostriction: < 5 ppm•permeabilitystabilitywithtemp.andageing Δµ<• 10% at 150 °C for 200 hoursvery low losses: • 0,5 W/kg at 0,1T and 20 kHzvolume and weight reduction comparing to ferrites and silicon iron cores•not adversely affected by vibrations and noise•
