BUSINESS OBJECTS - WHAT IS IT?
• SAP BusinessObjects BI is a suite of front-end applications that allow business users to view, sort and analyze business intelligence data.
• Note: not all fields that are in MCIR production are available in Business Objects.
• Web Intelligence provides a self-service environment for creating ad hoc queries and analysis of data.
• MCIR end users are able to pull available data from the MCIR Immunization Universe and the MCIR SIRS Universe.
• Data is refreshed weekly through the MCIRQRY Refresh process.

QUERY FILTERS
• If creating a list of items in a Query Filter choose in list and use the format above
• 03;04;05;06 (do not use spaces)
• Choose prompt if you want the query filter to be displayed for editing each time you run the report.
• Choose constant if the filter should always remain the same (the prompt won’t display when opening the report).

• will export the report with all of the tabs included
• Export Report
• will only export the report with the data from the current tab
• To modify an existing report, save it to My Documents, My Favorites, rename it. Test each modification after you make it by running the report. If the modification works click save prior to making the next modification. Modifying step by step and saving with each change will save you time in the long run.
• When using a vaccine eligibility filter in a report, note that results with a “b” value indicate the eligibility of “unknown”.
