GOALDevelop wall graphics and signage which brightened up and connected this luxury retirement community.
SOLUTIONModulex used the Macer series signs to provide a clear and light design; this allowed for maximum freedom with shape and material. In addition, Modulex fitted full door and wall murals throughout the facility.
OUTCOMEThe project included all base building for occupancy: fire safety, washroom IDs, stairway IDs, level IDs, Suite IDs, directories etc. Christenson Development continues to choose Modulex when implementing wayfinding and signage solutions for any new developments in assisted living.
Case Study: Christenson Park Avenue
Park Avenue luxury retirement community offers an Urban Village community or independent living at The Ravines and Assisted Living at The Manor. Award winning condominium style apartments all connected to shopping, transit, professional services and parks for active adult living.
GOALExtending their facilities, to open a new dementia wing. Modulex was to develop a comprehensive environmental graphics, wayfinding and signage program.
SOLUTIONModulex worked with Interscape Design firm to create designs for the custom door coverings, and wall murals. Modulex implemented wall mounted directional signs, suspended wayfinding signs, as well as all base building for occupancy. The restaurant and commercial/retail space on the main floor were also outfitted.
OUTCOMECustom camoflage murals brightened up the new wing. Our wayfinding solutions provided clearly defined spaces unique to this facility.
Case Study: Grand Manor on 97th
Supporting clients with a variety of challenges. This facility has 118 suites, and assists clients in rebuilding their lives within the community. Grand Manor is one of a kind in Alberta.
