• Maintain the aggressive schedule of the “One Day Masonic Journey.”

Blue Lodges
Lodges are responsible for providing Mentors to assist candidates:
• In the conferral of Degrees.
• Instruction between Degrees.
Form of Petition
• Current form of petition prescribed by the Grand Lodge is to be used.
• Petitions are to be presented at a Stated or Special Meeting.
• Shall be read, noted in the Minutes and referred to a Committee of Inquiry.
• All Dues & Fees must be received prior to balloting on the petitioners.
Approval Process
• Petitions shall lie over to a subsequent Stated or Special Meeting.
• The Masonic Month requirement is waived if a Meeting is called for balloting.
• Multiple balloting on any number of petitioners is permitted.
• Lodges are encouraged to hold Meetings in July and August to receive and ballot on petitions.
Sixth Month Rule - Waived
Approved petitioners may be held for the One Day Masonic Journey regardless of their date of approval.

Grand Lodge Receives Inquiry
Pennsylvania Membership Information Request Forms (and petitions) from Website applicants, which are received by the Grand Lodge, will be forwarded to the District Deputy Grand Master who serves the applicant’s area.
Prorated Dues
Dues should be prorated (25%) for the remainder of the year.

Candidate Proficiency
• Proficiency before advancement will not be required.
• Lodges are required to have members available to instruct their candidates.
Mentoring is to begin at the One Day Masonic Journey and continue on an ongoing basis.
Candidate information
All candidate information for registration purposes pertaining to the One Day class must be completed and in the Grand Secretary's office by Wednesday, October 20, 2010.
Identification Credentials
For registration purposes, candidates will be provided with a personalized letter by the Lodge Secretary, attesting that all required dues and fees have been paid.
Also, he will receive an itinerary, dress code and directions to the One Day Class location.
This personalized letter and a photo-identification card must be presented at the registration desk.
Candidate Registration
The Grand Secretary’s Office will provide the necessary information for candidate registration, including a pocket identification card, to the One Day Class Registration Committee Chairman.
Candidate Materials
The Grand Secretary’s Office will forward Bibles and Masonic Education information to site locations — for presentation to “One Day Masonic Journey” candidates on Saturday, October 30, 2010.
