Criteria1. Clubs must be qualified
• Dues and Tax are Current• Grant Mgmt Seminar - attendance• Memo of Understanding – Signed
2. Strongly recommend that the club have a Foundation Chairman
3. Does not have to support the 6 “areas of focus”

* Preference for matching funds is given to clubs that contribute regularly to The Rotary Foundation and are in good standing with finances and reporting. ** Available at PETS and District Assembly.

misuse of funds

Payment of Funds
Clubs must request funds when they are ready to do the project
Payments will be made from August 1, 2014 to April, 2015

Club Checklist:: ____ A completed final report with all necessary signatures and form dated. ____ A detailed listing of all monies spent – with copies of cancelled checks included with Final
Report – The Rotary club shall demonstrate that the club is the payer on all checks written ____ A copy of all invoices with appropriate dates. ____ A copy of cancelled checks and bank statement showing payment when a separate bank
account has been established. ____ In the instance of checks being written to other non-profit organizations, a letter from that organization stating the amount, date of gift, and purpose for which the funds will be used. ____ Scholarship monies cannot be written to individual students. The monies must be issued to the college or institution of higher education. Documentation showing that the student is enrolled is required. ____ No monies are to benefit any Rotary club or Rotarian ____ The club shall have a procedure for retaining documentation of all grant information using the
individual club account on www.matchinggrants.org
