Object and results of the action
Overall objective:
Stabilization and storing rice bran
Results
1- Determining the best method for rice bran stabilization by heat conduction and IR heating sources. The integrity of the bioactives are secured. 2- Determine the proper packing method and the maximum safe storage period which keep the stability and the integrity of bioactive materials in
rice bran.
