As part of a marketing team of 15 people, I completed several projects that involved data analytics and the analysis of marketing campaigns and user journeys through programming related to core platforms. I gathered and cleaned large amounts of data, establishing trends related to the chatbot on the organization’s website. Utilizing traffic data from Google Analytics, I drew deeper insights on the efficacy of the bot over a 5 month time span. I also conducted research on industry-level channel analysis to examine competitor personas utilizing keywords. Additional initiatives included launching a ‘Smart Pages’ program through HighSpot with the global team.
