I. E-CHEM Water Based Drilling Fluid System
E-CHEM high-performance water based fluids include conventional water-based fluids, and improve fluids with properties such as
shear thinning properties, capability to withstand high temperatures, increase fluid loss control, greatly improve hole cleaning and
wellbore stability when compared to conventional water-based fluids. All of these aim at complying with environmental regulations
and minimizing impact in the most environmentally sensitive areas.

1.1 eCLEANCA Ultra Cleaning Calcium Treated Drilling Fluid System
eCLEANCA ultra cleaning calcium treated drilling fluid system is beyond our latest technology, with the excellent performance of high
penetration rate, stable borehole wall and environment friendly. eCLEANCA is also easily and economically maintained, all of which
are well proved in the field.

How it works
Excellent Inhibition: ePRIALDRIL doesn't employ the strong dispersible additives, but perform excellent in shale inhibitor ability. Field
application proves that the shale inhibition performance of ePRIALDRIL is as well as OBM, and much better than KCI / polymer
based fluid.
Stable Borehole Wall: The lattice mosaic performance between polyamines and clay, plus with the hydrophobic nature of plugging
agent provide an excellent stable borehole wall.
High Penetration Speed: The low solids concentration, the appropriate clay dispersion, together with the wetting & reverse and the
anti-balling ability of the AMISHALE contribute to the high penetration rate.

Applications
With polyamines and organic-aluminum technology, ePRIALDRIL is engineered to provide shale inhibition without the use of salts,
and "0" aromatic or cyclic hydrocarbon compounds contained. E-CHEM's AMISHALE series polyamines and ePRIAL series
aluminum based polymer shale inhibitors also enhance the low-shear rheological with standard solids suspension at temperature
above 248℉ (120℃). The system is especially useful when there are many concerns about formation evaluation, kick detection or
lost circulation. It may be formulated with freshwater or seawater, and non-flocculating salts may be incorporated for inhibition.

1.3 eDPROV Ultra-High Density Anti-Calcium Drilling Fluid
eDPROV is engineered to solve the problem of contamination caused by
high concentration of calcium in high-density drilling fluid. The density of
eDPROV fluid is up to 2.30g/cm3, and the calcium contamination tolerance is
upto 6000mg/l. eDPROV fluid system has also excellent filtration control and
suspension ability at high salt concentration and ultra low clay phase.
Combined with the C-C and C-N molecular chain, together with the sulphonate polymer, the fluid has excellent calcium resistant,
high temperature resistant performance.
Improved stability of the fluid in the presence of anionic contaminants with less dilution, eDPROV's high levels of calcium
contamination tolerance ability can exceed 6000mg/L. Under calcium ion and high temperature, the fluid can be remained stable.
Applications
eDPROV has excellent performance when drilling in gypsum layer or meet calcium chloride brine and mainly to solve the problem of
anti-pollution of ultra high density drilling fluid for drilling long gypsum layer or meet calcium chloride brine. eDPROV applied newly
developed sulfonate copolymer, which solves the problem of suspension and fluid loss under high salt conditions with HT and
ultra-low clay fluid, and by controlling the suspension of the clay solves the problem of contamination caused by high concentrations
calcium. The fluids weights from 7.5 to 19lb/gal (0.9 to 2.3kg/L) have been easily achieved with ideal rheological and filtration
properties. The system is easily built and maintained.

1.4 eDRILLPROM Low Activity Ultra-Sealing Drilling Fluid With technologies, such as modification of the rock surface properties to reduce the formation of fluid-invasive to stabilize the
borehole wall, polyglycol technology, which has the properties to strengthen the micro-cracks plugging, improve the membrane
efficiency of the borehole wall, reduce drilling fluid activity, improve shale inhibition.

1.5 eGLYSID Polyglycol & Silicate Based Drilling Fluid eGLYSID system uses an enhanced-polymer, water-based chemistry that employs polyglycol technology and inorganic silicate. With
this fluid, operators can easily deliver a high degree of shale inhibition, wellbore stability, HPHT fluid-loss control and lubricity.
How it works
The PEG has excellent performance such as strong absorption, anti-balling, lubrication and sticking prevention, harmless to the
environment with minimum LC50 value.
Silicate has strong inhibition and near borehole curing ability. PEG & Silicate drilling fluid system solves the problems of silicate
drilling fluid rheology and control of filtration performance. It is suitable for the serious collapse formation, and has the environmental
friendly character.

eGLYSID system can be customized to meet a variety of drilling challenges, such as larger diameter wellbores, extended reach
drilling, deepwater and subsalt applications, and particularly reactive shales. The system is also ideal for drilling high-angle wells in
reactive shale formations, where wellbore stability, torque and drag are major concerns. In addition, the glycols could enhance the
thermal stability of common viscosifiers and polyanionic cellulose (PAC) / starch systems, and also enhance the low-shear
rheological behavior at temperature above 248℉ (120℃).

1.6 eSUTHERMD Super High Temperature Drilling Fluid System In ultra deep wells or geothermal wells drilling projects, operators usually face more than 220℃ high temperature and sensitive
areas, such as salt or gypsum layers.
eSUTHERMD fluid system is engineered to solve the problems with temperature exceeding 220℃, providing shale inhibition and
resistance to contamination for extreme conditions of density and temperature.
How it works
High temperature resistant polymeric materials replace the bentonite and stabilize the overall viscosity and gel strengths. This
minimizes the problems caused by flocculation of reactive clay solids at high temperatures and the viscosity increase resulting from
chemical contamination.

1.7 eENVIRTEC-D Excellent Performance and Environmental Acceptable Drilling Fluid eENVIRTEC-D is water based chrome-free drilling fluid for environmental reasons acceptable worldwide. And this system is field
proven water-based fluid in HPHT. It has been used under very severe conditions with hole bottom temperature over 338℉ (170℃)
and density upto 2.10sg.

**eENVIRTEC-D is water-base and chrome free fluid engineered for environmental sensitive areas.
Applications
The eENVIRTEC-D is characterized by chrome-free additives, low and stable rheological properties, low HPHT fluid loss and
minimizes hole problems. With polyamine excellent film properties, it can be used in the formation of unstable borehole wall. Its
rheological property is easy to be adjusted, and can be used in the drilling of large displacement directional well and horizontal well.
It provides shale inhibition and resistance to contamination for extreme conditions of density and temperature, all of which makes it
environmentally acceptable worldwide.
eENVIRTEC-D water based fluids are often preferred when there are environmental regulations, formation evaluation, kick detection
or lost circulation concerns. They also have a lower unit cost compared to non-aqueous fluids.
Operational guidelines and controls involving extensive on-site and onshore testing of the drilling fluid have been developed and are
used to ensure that no problems arise when drilling these critical wells.

ePROQDRIL is diesel based drilling fluid system and helps lower well construction costs. Relying on emulsion and polymer
technology for rheology, this new drilling fluid system, with 3 (primary & secondary emulsifier and wetting) in 1 emulsifier, delivers the
durable and temperature stable invert emulsion performance, without the associated elevated gel strengths.
How it works
Conventional oil based fluids require excessive pressure to break the gel structure resulting in significant surge on the wellbore,
resulting in increased losses. Lower oil content requirement and the 3 in 1 emulsifier of the ePROQDRIL system help operators save
on actual diesel costs and the transportation costs to the job location. With the decrease in deliveries to location, there are fewer
opportunities of HSE incidents, resulting in increased safety performance.
ePROQDRIL requires less pressure to initial circulation resulting in significantly lower downhole losses while drilling, running casing
and cementing. The system's well performance at 6 RPM dial reading and the gel structure allows for superior cuttings transportation,
dramatically improving hole cleaning.

2.2 eTALENDRIL / eTALENCLEAN (Engineered to meet any drilling fluid requirement) The eTALENDRIL and eTALENCLEAN systems are oil based fluids, formulated with TALEN COAT & TALEN WET or TALEN EMUL
& TALEM COAT emulsification packages, and the two fluid systems are engineered to meet most of the drilling fluid requirement.
The difference between the two systems is that the eTALENCLEAN system uses a highly refined mineral oil as the continuous
external phase, while the eTALENDRIL system is formulated with diesel oil.

Applications
Both systems deliver very good thermal stability for drilling deep, hot holes. eTALENCLEAN and eTALENDRIL systems can minimize
the damage to produce formations through the prevention of water intrusion, thereby eliminating clay swelling, which can cause
reduced permeability of the pay zone. They also provide increased rates of penetration and ability to drill thick, water sensitive shale
sections with relative ease, thus providing for gauge hole drilling.

to work synergistically to maintain stability throughout the drilling and evaluation phases. With deep research on the filtration

SHAL HFD 1.5~2.0
Special treated natural network fibers supplemented with micro-expansion polymer
and elastic micro-particles. When entering the microcrack, by bridging, expansion and
forming a high strength sealing membrane to plug the filtration channel.
