Goals and actions
1. To guaranty reliability of geodetic and cartographic data
resources for public officers
a) data collection procedures, data processing, and data providing
– standardization
b) solutions following Polish and EU law
c) preservation of already collected data
d) cadastre 4D – ability to access data from one moment in a past
e) support for processes that helps to collect good quality data,
data verification – different sources ( define procedures)

2. Implementation of the technology that preserves already
collected data and improves access to data
a) data archiving of geodetic data, especially legal cases
b) implementation of procedures that allows to archive documents
already existing and currently appeared

3. Ensuring that the expenditures on the construction of an
information system will be used properly and the solutions will
guarantee the use of the System ZGiK in the long term:
a) financial aspects – eg. Payment for the system
b) technology – inovative solutions
c) data model – accuracy with standards of INSPIRE and the
directions of development of cadastral models created by the FIG
d) organizational aspects – integrated system for all Warsaw
e) law aspects – maintenance and modifications of implemented
system
4. Improvement of the quality of processes related to official
records, internal and external processes of control and
supervision, services for visitors
a) improvement of comon services realisation
b) easy system modifications – to follow current needs
c) uniform acess to data
d) uniform data colection process
e) uniform mechanisms of data security
f) acess to electronic/digitalized documents and risks

The system about engage and share the public information and results of data analysis. The system also collect and analysis of private data and distribute to public institution which required public big data.
A project of enhancement include expansion of eligibility for Administration Information Sharing service, expansion of one screen service, build trial
service for information and policy.
Based on the computerization of architectural administration, administrative efficiency and public satisfaction with the service have been improved, the establishment of reasonable policy is supported, and the basis for
joint information utilization has been established.

(data sharing – internal and external) and historic data base (back
up)
