Description ` : The Board Class students residing in the
campus were made familiar with various Art forms of India-
Kalamkari, Warli, Rajasthani Miniature, Kerala Murals,
Gond Art and Cheriyal Painting . They were made to draw
the sketches on the school walls and paint it using bright
shades . The Art teacher, Shri. Manjunath also briefed the
students about the various art forms of India that have
been adding colour to our culture.

Description ` Vishu-An important festival celebrated in the stste of Kerala marks
the beginning of a New Year, new hopes and saspirations. A Vishu Kani was set
by the students in their respective Houses under the guidance of theoir
respective House masters .In an informal address, the Principal Smt. Prameel a
spoke brifly April 14 and 15 are auspicious and historic days across India for
various reasons. It is celebrated as 'Puthandu' in Tamil Nadu, Baisakhi in Punjab,
Bihu in Assam,Pana Sankranthi in Odisha and Gudi Padwa in Maharahtra. She
also stated tat all hese were Harrvest festivals and how people celebrate their
native cultural uniqueness(14 th), 'Vishu' in . It was soon followed by a customarily
prepared sadhya at noon.
