DescriptionThe 11th Anniversary Advances in Pediatric Nutrition is designed to provide the most updated, advanced and practical approaches to contemporary issues in pediatric nutrition. This activity will provide unique opportunities to learn, share and investigate new ways of assessing and managing pediatric patients with complex nutritional needs. Who Should AttendThis activity is intended for pediatricians, neonatologists, general medicine, pediatric gastroenterologists, dietitians, nurses, physician assistants and pharmacists who are interested in improving outcomes by maximizing nutrition care in their clinical practice.Objectives After attending this activity, the participant will demonstrate the ability to: • Identify nutritional needs and describe the nutritional management for
patients with developmental delay. • Identify the potential implications of altered eating behaviors in children. • Describe the evidence behind the use of probiotics and early enteral feedings in
premature infants. • Describe appropriate nutritional therapies for children with various
