• Marine TurtlesThreatened by :-fisheries impacts-coastal development-direct take of turtles and eggs -pollution -global warming
Prevented by:•protecting coastal beaches used as nesting sanctuaries•laws protecting sea turtles from harmful fishing practices• having hotel owners keep their lights dim so they do not interrupt the turtle’s nesting seasons.
Polar Bears
