ONLY A HOLY GODDustin Smith | Jonny Robinson | Michael Farren | Rich Thompson CCLI Song # 7073332
Who else commands all the hosts of heaven? Who else could make every king bow down?
Who else can whisper and darkness trembles? Only a Holy God
What other beauty demands such praises? What other splendour outshines the sun?
What other majesty rules with justice? Only a Holy God
Come and behold Him The One and the Only
Cry out sing holy Forever a Holy God
Come and worship the Holy God
What other glory consumes like fire? What other power can raise the dead?
What other name remains undefeated? Only a Holy God (Chorus)
Who else could rescue me from my failing? Who else would offer His only Son?
Who else invites me to call Him Father? Only a Holy God
Only my Holy God (Chorus)
EPHESIANS 2:8-10
For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God
prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

AMAZING GRACEJohn Newton & John P Rees (1772) Public Domain
Amazing grace how sweet the sound That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost but now am found Was blind but now I see
‘Twas grace that taught my heart to fear And grace my fears relieved
How precious did that grace appear The hour I first believed
Through many dangers toils and snares I have already come
‘Tis grace hath brought me safe thus far And grace will lead me home
When we’ve been there ten thousand years Bright shining as the sun
*We’ve no less days to sing God’s praise Than when we’ve first begun
6
confessing our faith
Elder PrayerOffering our thanksgivings and supplications to God
HEIDELBERG CATECHISM LORD’S DAY 27
*Bold to be read by congregation
Q72 Does this outward washing with water itself wash away sins?
A No, only Jesus Christ’s blood and the Holy Spirit cleanse us from all sins.
Q73 Why then does the Holy Spirit call baptism the washing of rebirth and the washing away of sins?
A God has good reason for these words. He wants to teach us that the blood and Spirit of Christ wash away our sins just as water washes away dirt from our bodies. But more important, He wants to assure us, by this divine pledge and sign, that the washing away of our sins spiritually is as real as physical washing with water.
Q74 Should infants, too, be baptized?
A Yes. Infants as well as adults are in God’s covenant and are His people. They, no less than adults, are promised the forgiveness of sin through Christ’s blood and the Holy Spirit who produces faith. Therefore, by baptism, the mark of the covenant, infants should be received into the Christian church and should be distinguished from the children of unbelievers. This was done in the Old Testament by circumcision, which was placed in the New Testament by baptism.

Preparing Our hearts for the word
JESUS LOVER OF MY SOULWords: Charles Wesley | Music: Greg Thompson
Jesus, lover of my soul, Let me to Thy bosom fly While the nearer waters roll, While the tempest still is high
Hide me, O my Savior, hide, ’Til the storm is past Safe into the haven guide, Receive my soul at last
Other refuge have I none, I helpless, hang on Thee Leave, ah leave me not alone, Still support and comfort me
All my trust on Thee is stayed, All help from Thee I bring Cover my defenseless head In the shadow of Thy wing
Thou, O Christ, are all I want, More than all in Thee I find Raise the fallen, cheer the faint, Heal the sick, and lead the blind
Just and holy is Thy name, I am all unrighteousness False and full of sin I am; Thou art full of truth and grace
Plenteous grace with Thee is found, Grace to cover all my sin Let the healing streams abound; Make and keep me pure within
Thou of life the fountain art, Let me take of Thee Spring Thou up within my heart To all eternity

Sermon
TITUS 2:15-3:2 Rev. Blake Wingfield
9
TITUS 2:11-3:2
For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, 12 training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age, 13 waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, 14 who gave himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for himself a people for his own possession who are zealous for good works. 15 Declare these things; exhort and rebuke with all authority. Let no one disregard you. Chapter 3 Remind them to be submissive to rulers and authorities, to be obedient, to be ready for every good work, 2 to speak evil of no one, to avoid quarreling, to be gentle, and to show perfect courtesy toward all people.

THY MERCY MY GODJohn Stocker, 1776 (Text) | Sandra McCracken (Music) ©2001 Same Old Dress Music (ASCAP)
Thy mercy, my God is the theme of my sOng The joy of my heart and the boast of my tongue
Thy free grace alone, from the first to the last Hath won my affections, and bound my soul fast
Without Thy sweet mercy I could not live here Sin would reduce me to utter despair
But, through Thy free goodness, my spirits revive And He that first made me still keeps me alive
Thy mercy is more than a match for my heart Which wonders to feel its own hardness depart Dissolved by Thy goodness, I fall to the ground
And weep for the praise of the mercy I’ve found
Great Father of mercies, Thy goodness I own And the covenant love of Thy crucified Son
*All praise to the Spirit, Whose whisper divine Seals mercy, and pardon, and righteousness mine
Benediction Pronouncement of God’s blessing

Our Mission is to glorify and enjoy God by exalting His name, equipping His people, encouraging His children, and expanding His Kingdom.
CRAIG POHL - MISSION TO THE WORLD - JAPAN On June 4 we whole-heartedly accepted the Kaihin Makuhari Team’s warm invitation to co-labor with them to spread the gospel through church planting in Japan! Our primary focus for the first two years will be learning the Japanese language and culture. We will then begin an internship at KM Grace Church (KMGC) which will allow us to learn how a Japanese church operates, serve and support the KMGC congregation, and build relationships in the
Presbyterian Church in Japan on a local, regional, and national level. We have also been asked to assist with the new bilingual church plant, the pastoral care of the team, and building ministry connections with other MTW Japan teams. We will be stateside between September-February and hope to leave for Japan in March 2022.
