Digitally Disabled People use the stamp to identify themselves to order Social Welfare Vouchers
For the local government of Dordrecht an application was built that is used by digitally disabled people to easily order social welfare vouchers The stamp helps these people to get access to the system, just by stamping their personal stamp that is linked to their account People don’t have to remember usernames and passwords
Higher customer satisfaction Lower costs for the local government (no paper process ) Better monitoring of ordering process
Howlak, a Restaurant app in Dubai, integrated the stamp into its service. Customers can check in at their table by tapping the stamp that is made available at the table Orders can be done via the app, personnel directly knows where the customer is located
Customers of Restaurants in Dubai use the Stamp to identify the Table they are sitting at and place an Order
Less movement by waiters, higher efficiency Shorter waiting times for customers
Possible Showcases
With Heineken and JDE (Jacobs Douwe Egberts) TicTag created a case in which a customized stamp was attached underneath a beer can or coffee cup When it was placed on the Heineken or JDE app hidden content or exclusive videos would open up, customers got access to exclusive communities or compete in contests
Boost customer engagement More customer data Higher sales
The Stamp makes Physical Objects interactive and will boost Customer Engagement and increase Sales
The Stamp identifies a Customer at a specific Location; this makes it possible to offer a Personal Benefit
With Boon Edam TicTag did research on integration of the stamp into their turnstiles the produce exclusively for 2theloo, a Dutch restroom service for all Shell gas stations. Instead of having to throw in 50 eurocents the app would have the possibility to buy a restroom punching card. Customers would have to tap their smartphone at the integrated stamp to get access to the restroom area. The voucher of 50 eurocents discount customers normally receive on paper, would be presented in the app and can have a more personal character.
Higher efficiency More customer data (at this moment 2theloo doesn’t know who the customer is) Higher sales through personal discounts
The Stamp opens up Hidden Content that will make Promotions more effective and increase Sales
For Albert Heijn (the largest grocery company in The Netherlands from Ahold) the stamp is piloted to promote their BONUS articles (promotions) The stamp is attached at card boards near the promotional products. Tapping the stamp with the Appie app (Albert Heijn’s app) opens up all kinds of information about the product, i.e. possible recipes to use the promotional product in
Boost customer engagement More customer data Higher sales by more effective promotions
The Stamp lowers the Threshold to make use of a Service; it increases Customer Satisfaction and boosts Sales
Audi was looking for a new connectivity technology to let customers get access to their shared cars program (Audi Unite). NFC and QR were examined and were fallen off because of low penetration rates of NFC and low acceptance of QR-codes. Integration of the stamp in the door frame of Audi’s shared cars would make it possible to open up the car and start it. Driving data can be stored to your account and payment can be done afterwards via the app (based on actual driven kilometres) For charging stations the same can be done: integrate a stamp so users can identify themselves and actual energy costs can be paid afterwards via the app
Simplify the rental process, higher efficiency More customer data Higher customer satisfaction
Higher Efficiency because the Stamp lets Cabin Personnel know where Travelers are located in the Airplane
Zodiac Aerospace, Global Leader in airplane furnishing, wants to make the planes they furnish more interactive. Wi-Fi will be standard in most of the planes within a couple of years By integrating the stamp into the elbow rest of a chair, travelers can connect themselves to a chair which makes it easier for cabin personnel to serve drinks and meals. Orders can be made via the airline-app.
Less movement within the aisle of the airplane More customer data Higher customer satisfaction Higher efficiency and possibly higher sales
