The Sani-Matic Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) washer replaces
unreliable manual cleaning with an efficient, labor-saving system
that generates consistent and repeatable results.
Advantages
• High-Impact Cleaning. High-velocity turbulence is generated
with specially manufactured sanitary jet manifolds, agitating and
cleaning soiled pipes, hoses, and disassembled machine parts.
• Safety. Minimizes operator exposure to high temperatures and
strong concentrations.
• Component Preservation. Reduces component handling and
maintenance.
• Water, Chemical, Utility & Labor Savings. System reduces
labor and utility costs, as well as chemical and water usage.
Sanitary Jet Technology
The Sani-Matic COP comes with our exclusively designed sanitary
jet manifolds that are fully welded and machined to eliminate
unsanitary crevices—and create consistent, high-velocity jet flow.
Angled side jets create circular turbulent flow side to side, while end
jets create turbulent flow lengthwise that is ideal for cleaning pipes
and hoses. Selector valves allow easy jet flow changeover.
Red Flow Angled side jets create flow from side to side
