SilverSneakers® Classic Mondays and Wednesdays, 10:30 AM Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and SilverSneak-ers® ball are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Delay the Disease™ Parkinson’s Class Tuesdays, Thursdays 11:30 AM Designed specifically for those with Parkinson’s Disease. The exercise classes are designed to empower people with Parkin-son’s Disease by optimizing physical func-tion and helping to delay the progression of PD symptoms.
