Goal and objectiveso Goal:To develop a communication system to transfer data from a collecting buoy to the end user.
o Objectives:• Design, construct and program an overall system capable of transmitting data from a collecting buoy to the end user.
• Program a user interface able to display alarms on a map which is also capable of tracking the buoys position.
