What is ILEAD USA?
WHAT IS ILEAD USA? ILEAD USA is a competitive, application-only program, with applicants applying in teams of five members in the participating states... A statewide Steering Committee reviews the applicant pool and selects teams for participation in the cohort cycle. All the states will have five teams participating, except Illinois, which will have eight. Each of the 28 teams are comprised of library staff members from each of the five states who are committed to fully participate in the nine-month program.

Or maybe they missed an interesting tutorial, but want to watch it later. With Google + Hangouts On Air, public libraries can connect with patrons who are unable to physically come to the library for a variety of reasons.
•Virtual Book Discussions•Virtual Reference Desk•Drop-in e-reader questions•Interviews with authors or other experts
Storytime Somewhere: PUBLIC
1) Use a story that is in the public domain, this can range from fairy tales, fables, or anything published before 1923.
2) Create your own story or use a Fractured Fairytale
3) Use a disclaimer at the beginning of your video.
Virtual storytimes are a way to reach children and families who cannot physically come to storytime locations that the library offers. Virtual storytimes can be livestreamed or viewed at a later time once they are archived online.
