Living in this neighbourhood has been wonderful. Our family has enjoyed a safe enviroment in our quiet location oppersite the magnificant waterways and Parklands. The Park acts as or ‘no mainternace yard, being well maintained by gold coast city council.
The home itself is an easy living home. Entertaining is a pleasure with the kitchen being so close to the BBQ and dining area’s. The lounge is extremely comfortable cosey in winter and chilled during summer buy good ventilation and great air-conditioning.
The location has been very convenient for us as you can be in the hustle and bustle of ‘Surfers in 15min and on a plane in Coolangatta or Brisbane on the M1 Freeway in under 40min. But there is no need to travel that far with great local resultants and shops.
We will miss this beautiful home and it is sad for us to leave but we have many wonderful memories to take with us.
