Rihter is a company that specialises in the production of custom-made houses and buildings.
DevelopmentThrough years of development, hard
work and an enormous amount of effort, we have developed the best
technological solutions, which a house requires in order to achieve the highest
level of energy performance and to ensure maximum living comfort.
About Rihter
TechnologyOne of our company’s advantages is the use of the BIM process to design and manage the digital model of the building. BIM technology facilitates
project design, as well as the construction and maintenance of the
building throughout its entire life cycle.
ProductionIn prefabricated construction, all the
elements of a prefabricated house are precisely manufactured on the basis of expertly designed plans, which is a guarantee of quality and short, weather-independent construction
times.
ConstructionThe construction of a house is such an important and unique experience that it must go beyond providing the basic
conditions for living. Therefore, we advise our customers on their search for the optimum solution and lead
them throughout the entire process, from the initial idea until they move
into their new home.
Development
All development is based on years of work and effort. Our company draws on history, which has taught us that it is only through effort, commitment, complete
dedication to the customer and, above all, quality that we can join the ranks of the most recognised companies in prefabricated wooden house construction. Our goal is to preserve and improve this position in the long term.
Individuality
and flexibility are the two key principles that lead to successfully completed projects and satisfied customers.
Each project is based on cooperation with you and taking into account your wishes and needs. This is the
only way to formulate the final solutions and achieve the set goal. Upon completion, we will be proud to hand
over your home and “Our House” to you.
Speed
We live in a time where every minute counts, which is why we employ various individual approaches to try to shorten and simplify your journey to a new home. By signing the contract, we assume the responsibility to build your home in a high-quality, professional and sustainable manner within the contractually agreed
deadline.
Tradition
With wood as the basic building material, we have been infusing “Our House” with the authenticity and
warmth of nature since 1990. We turn houses into cosy and warm homes where the connection between a long tradition and carefully selected quality natural materials
can be felt at every moment.
Energy Efficiency
Rihter construction systems are distinguished by their high degree of thermal insulation, which is achieved
thanks to carefully selected natural materials. This means that in addition to offering a comfortable and healthy living environment, “Our Houses” also feature a high
degree of energy efficiency.
Rihter
During our years of activity, we have gained a lot of experience and knowledge, which we incorporate in the form of ideas into our company’s development strategy. We strive to be synonymous with quality, professionalism
and flexibility. Each “Our House” is unique because it is made according to the needs and wishes of the
customers.
Vision and Mission
Our company is thoroughly focused on development, which is why we only build technically-perfected construction systems and install state-of-the-art mechanical and electrical installations, regardless of the architectural design of the house. In construction, we prefer natural materials and materials that, during their life cycle, produce the greatest energy savings and the least
Construction Systems
At Rihter, we are continually pursuing progress and improvements based on our own development,
while also keeping up with the innovations on the global market, which we then integrate into
projects professionally and carefully.
environmental pollution, as well as protect nature and health. With Rihter technology, which incorporates state-of-the-art mechanical and electrical installations, such as a ventilation system with heat recovery from waste air and a residential solar power system, our houses already meet all the sustainable construction requirements for comfortable, healthy and cost-effective living.
Advantages of the Rihter Construction
Systems
Energy EfficiencyOur operation is focused on sustainability. This primarily means concern for protecting the environment and the maximum energy performance of our houses. This can
be ensured by meticulously designed and professionally executed details that allow construction without thermal
bridges.
Fire SafetyAll Rihter construction systems, except for the Natura
system, use rock wool as thermal insulation between the load-bearing parts of the construction, which is classified in the highest fire resistance class, namely A1, the class
of fully non-combustible materials.
Sound InsulationDue to its fibrous composition, rock wool is an excellent sound insulator. Rock wool, embedded in the walls and
ceiling of the house, acts as a silencer and prevents sound propagation between rooms.
Phase DelayThe phase delay of a structure tells us how long it
takes heat to “travel” from one side of the structure to the other. The ideal phase delay of a structure is
around 12 hours.
Comfort of LivingThrough the use of natural materials and high
technological excellence, Rihter houses provide a pleasant living environment. The temperature is constant
and the air is fresh and pleasantly warm in all corners of the house, regardless of the severity of outdoor
conditions.
AirtightnessA well-thought-out construction design is important for achieving the airtightness of the house. In construction systems with an insulation level, it must be ensured that the area between the installation and the load-bearing
construction is airtight.

At Rihter, we know that the work we do for our customers is crucial and vitally important. This is why, throughout our years of development, we have obtained the relevant Slovenian and international certificates proving our high quality.
CE MARKINGWe have obtained the European Technical Assessment, which is
the basis for marking our houses with the CE Marking, for all our
construction systems. The European Technical Assessment (ETA - 14/2011) confirms that our products meet the
essential requirements in the areas of mechanical resistance and stability, fire resistance, protection against
noise, energy-saving, protection of the environment, and hygienic and
health safety.
RAL GÜTEZEICHENUpon the penetration of foreign
markets, in the absence of legislation regulating timber construction,
technical requirements and quality requirements, we have confirmed our quality, development and progress by
obtaining the German quality mark for timber construction,
RAL Gütezeichen.
PASSIVHAUSWe have certified our Rihter Pasiv
construction system with the Passivhaus Institute in Darmstadt. This certificate confirms that the
Rihter Pasiv system meets the strictest criteria stipulated for achieving the
passive standard.
ÜA MARKIn Austria, we obtained the ÜA mark, the Austrian quality mark,
which attests that our construction systems meet Austrian regulations
and requirements in the field of prefabricated timber construction.
ISO 9001The quality management system,
which the company has been using for a long time, has been certified with the SIST EN ISO 9001 quality
certificate.
PASSIVE HOUSE CONSORTIUM
Rihter is a member of the Passive House Consortium, an informal
association of institutions, companies and professionals. Their activities are
aimed at promoting and enabling the construction of passive houses. It was founded with the intention of bringing passive houses closer to
end-users and investors by presenting the concept and comfort of living, as well as by providing information on
the current state and offer in Slovenia.
