A commonly known solution to improve the fuel atomization is to increase the fuel pressure which requires upgrading the engineering design of the fuel pumps, high pressure fuel injection lines and the fuel injectors. These all come with high additional costs. !
BOS Emulsified Fuel System offers a cost effective way to improve engine efficiency by improving the fuel atomization during fuel injection without having to modify the engine.!

For best fuel savings the optimum water content is 10% and particle sizes of 2-8 micron
When the water-in-fuel emulsion is injected into the combustion chamber, the water particles flash o immediately causing a secondary atomization eect.
