These figures conform with engineering studies contained in
our files. The question occurs, however, as to wh-ether or
not ODM,has made any recent study pe'rtaining to the number
of people required for additional functions of High Point wbich
were not conceived in the original planning.
Although this is true in a sense, High Point is still expected to be a
direct liaison point and as such would provide advice. assistance,
staff work and the physical pla,nt required to carry out Pre sidentia.l
directives emanating from any site. In this: regard, Ibelieve it
would be timely to reemphasize this r
This point is well taken. Insofar as Ican determine, only
rudimentary plans exist for the internal arrangeme.nt and flow
of information at High Point.
