Prepareicecubesbyplacingedibleflowersfromthegardenintoicecubetrays.Makesuretherearenopestsonyourpetalsorflowerheadsandbesuretouseplantsyouknowaresafetoeatandhaven’tbeensprayedwithpesticides.

Alternativestoflowersaresmallslicesoflemon,lime,cucumberorfrozenberries,whichareavailableallyearroundfromtheshops.Arrangeaselectionofcolourfulflowers,fruitsandberriesintoyourtray,addwaterandfreeze.

Prepareicecubesbyfinelychoppingcucumberandmintleavestogether,thenaddateaspoonofyourmixtoeachicecubetraycompartment,toppingupwithwater.Placeinthefreezeruntilyouarereadytomixyour‘mocktail’.

Tomakeyourvirginmojito,placehalfofyourmintinapestleandmortar,andputtheremainingsprigsinatallglass.Cutyourlimeintofourwedgesandsqueezethreeintoyourpestleandmortar.Muddlethemint,lime,andsugartogether(crushingwiththepestle),pourallthemintandliquidintoyourglass.

WhenreadytomakeyourMaidenMoonWalk,chooseaprettycocktailglassandsliceyourgrapefruitinhalf.Squeezeonehalfofyourgrapefruitintoyourglassfillingitaquarterfull(youcanusebottledgrapefruittoo).Takeaslicefromyourremaininghalfgrapefruitandsavefordecoration.
