Room Drop at Host Hotel
After a long day of walking the exhibit hall and meeting with hundreds of suppliers, a room drop is an ideal opportunity to make a lasting impression to the attendee when he/she arrives back to the hotel. This allows you to show a creative side by dropping a luxurious product, package or snack along with information in their hotel rooms. You can leave items such as; literature, tackle samples, a mini fishing kit, fresh chocolates or fruit, etc. Items left in room must be pre-approved by show management.

Track Sponsor
Sponsor the fishing or hunting track and instantly gain exposure for your brand. Your company logo will be prominently displayed on the show website, on-site show program and signage.

(Exclusive) Be the exclusive provider of these important tools imprinted with your logo to each show attendee. Pens and pads will be distributed in conference sessions. Coffee Break
Coffee breaks are an effective way for your company to gain recognition and appreciation from travel agents. Included with break are napkins with your logo and the opportunity for you to place signage and brochures in each break station. Further enhance the break by adding pastries or cookies. Post-Show list rentals: Direct mail or email
Reach event attendees after the event is over. The attendee direct mail and email lists are available for use approximately 30 days post-show. Reach your specific target audience by choosing your list based on selects. (Lists will be sent to our company’s bonded mail house.) Please note: all lists will include only opt-in attendees, as we are required by law to remove opt-out attendees prior to releasing our lists to any 3rd party vendors.)
