Workflow is a visualization of all the steps that are to be taken in order to create a newBusiness Partner, Product, etc. in the application. In this window the user can configure allapplication workflows.
Keep in Mind:
New workflows created in the application are generated automatically.
A Node represents one step of a desired action in the workflow.
As means of defining the order of the nodes, when creating a node it is necessary toindicate the following node. For that reason nodes are commonly not created from thelast to first.

An alert is a notification that informs or warns its recipients about a critical or very importantsituation that has arisen.
What is the alerts usage?Alerts can be used to prevent delays in the processing of critical situations. Alerts are definedso that whenever the system recognizes the situation the alert is sent.
What are the types of alerts?
In Openbravo the user has the possibility to define three types of alerts:
Structural (Allow the user to maintain the application dictionary and are closely
