Dear Parents/Carers
Year 1, Year 3 and Year 5 visit to the Gordon Craig Theatre – Christmas Pantomime
As some parents may be aware from previous years, we plan a very special theatre visit for the children. This year,
the children in Years 1, 3 and 5 will be watching a performance of `Peter Pan’ at the Gordon Craig Theatre on the
morning of Tuesday 6th December. Children in Years 2, 4 and 6 will be attending on a different day. The school will
be heavily subsiding this trip, so there will be a charge of £8.50 to parents. Where possible please make this
payment via www.schoolgateway.com. Please return the permission slip below and completed Parental Consent
(OV7A) form to the school office by Friday 2nd December.
Children will need to bring a packed lunch to school on this day. They will be having their packed lunch, once they
return to school after the performance. If your child is entitled to free school meals or (universal free meals – Year 1
only) and would like a school packed lunch (cheese roll), please indicate on the slip below.
We are sure the children will really enjoy this treat and that it will be a truly memorable experience for them.
