Gupta Vrindavana Nivas at Sri Dham Mayapur
Gupta Vrindavan Nivas is the first of several Developments planned by the Mayapur Core Planning Team with a view to providing quality, affordable, pleasant, and secure housing in Mayapur. All profits will be used for Mayapur Development and Infrastructure.
Apartments will be sold, freehold, to followers of Srila Prabhupada. On completion the management of this complex will be handed over to the Owners Association.
Although not shown in the presentation the complex will be secured with a fence which will be planted with flowering bushes. 24 hour guards are envisioned as well as permenant gardener(s).
We are planning for a self contained, organic sewage system (Living Machine) which will recycle waste water for the gardens etc.
Construction is scheduled to start in Oct 2011 in the South West of the plot (Apartments A1 to B6). The second phase (Apartments C1 to E6) will begin as soon as feasable depending on sales etc. Note that pre-construction purchasers will get the advantage of a 10% discount on the price of the apartments.

The layout of the Plot is follows principles of Vastu as far as possible.
Only 39% of the plot is builtup with the remaining 61% being open gardens etc. The Floor Area Ratio is only 1.2.

The internal doors and windows will be finished with polish and the external windows will be painted according to the external color scheme of the building.
The outer fence will be planted with flowering bushes and trees. The gardens will also be planted with local flora with a Tulsi Stamba in the center (Brahma Stan).
All pre construction purchasers will have the oportunity to upgrade the marble at their own cost if they so desire.
