the Mountain Bumps and Slopes
1. BRAKING
Use your brakes judiciously when going DOWNHILL.
Brake your front brake nice and
easy to stay more in control.
2. GOING DOWNHILL
Keep your elbows loose to absorb the shocks of the ride.
Let your shoulders guide you around
turns.
Your hands must be firm not tense.
When the terrain is rocky and bumpy -
