in milk, four young Cows and 12 Heifers due March and April, seven Autumn Calvers, eight Coloury Twinters, 10 smart Stirks, five Heifer Calves, three Bull Stirks from good milking cows, well-bred Roan Stock Bull, one year and 11 months old, and
bred by Mr. Jackson of Thwaite Hall, Penrith.
HORSES: - Bay Gelding, 5 years old, 15-3 h.h., sire Burrows Manners,
a capital spring lurry or cart horse; Brown Mare, 14.3 h.h., suitable for general purposes.
The above are both good workers and quiet. Brown Colt Foal, sire Heythorpe Prince William.
POULTRY:
50 One year olds and 80 Pullets, chiefly Leghorn and Wyandotte Cross.
