Advocacy Key steps• Identify the issue or problem.• Decide who needs to be influenced.• Research information, make sure it is accurate.• Present information so that it will be effective.• Suggest different ways to solve the problem.• Evaluate what you have done.

• Take action to make some personal changes.• In a group, choose one local issue you want to affect. Work together and use the advocacy steps to influence the situation.
