What is Fidelity?
Program Fidelity includes consistency of delivery of the workshop as intended by the developers.
At the organizational level, fidelity refers to how closely administrators, trainers and evaluators monitor program implementation to meet minimum standards.
Organizations who hold the license must monitor fidelity and may require additional standards.
Planning, implementation and follow-up are all part of fidelity.
