Fenero Backup InstructionsUsing only Chrome web browser access Fenero Website by clicking link on desktop or going to www.cloud.fenero.com. Click Login as Agent.
Input provided credentials, select campaign and click Log In.

Fenero Web Phone will begin to ring. In the upper left hand corner click “Share Selected Device”. Then accept the call by clicking the green phone icon in the Fenero Web Phone section in the bottom left hand corner of screen. Click ready at the top of the screen. You are now ready to take calls.
