“At the staff presentations it was announced that wewould be making some structural changes to thecompany going forward with an emphasis on teamstructures rather than departments. Sean Robinsonand Ian Ramsden, who will be joining us in February, will lead two delivery teams alongside teams led byGordon Riddock and Murray Maunder.

As with all changes this will require someadjustments with individuals moving to their newteam environment rather than remaining in theirexisting locations. This will occur once their currentprojects have been successfully completed.

These changes have been discussed with those who will be directly affected by the office moves, however, should you have any queries as to how thisnew structure is going to operate then I would askthat you raise them with your Line Manager.”
